Villa Mia

The villa is set in the tranquil bay of historic part of Cavtat, 18 km south from Dubrovnik, close to the beaches ( 300 m ), restaurants ( 100 m ) and shops ( 150 m) but it keeps it’s privacy and calm. Originally built in 18th century, it  has been restored with great care two years ago, beautifully converted to recreate a property of unique charm and quality.  This villa is one of the oldest buildings in the region, whose foundations contain remains of walls and ceramic originating from ancient greek town of Epidaurum.  Either side of a manicured lawn, planted with orange groves and bay leaf trees. The property is surrounded by 2,5 m high walls, with an entrance just off the old town bay of Cavtat. It’s the perfect place for holiday for big families or group of 8+4 persons.

Villa is located on the top of the peninsula with beautiful view of the hole bay of old town Cavtat. There is just few minutes walking distant to the beach ( 300 m), a short walk to the promenade ( 100 m ) and 150 m to the restaurants, bars, shops, banks, post office, pharmacy. There are many walking and jogging paths direct from the large private garden.

Total number of the rooms is 4 double rooms ( 2 rooms with  possibility of the 3. bed ) with amazing view,  2 bathrooms and large fully equipped kitchen in the ground-floor. There is also 1 modern type of apartment with 2 rooms, bath room and modern kitchen ( 45 m2). There are several terraces and large garden, with fully equipped grill, garden furniture, and perfect spot for families or group of 6-8 friends. The hole house is with air-condition and central- heating. The house was completely renovated 2 years ago, rooms with some antic pieces of furnitur, house has its own small church, St. Joseph chapel

Excellent public transportation services to Dubrovnik (18 km): bus connection every half hour and boat connection from Cavtat to Dubrovnik -distance from international airport Dubrovnik is just 5km – one free parking place on the parking place
