Villa Elita
Located on the Lapad Peninsula only a few kilometres from the old town of Dubrovnik, the Villa Elita is magnificently secluded and surrounded by the forest of green pine trees, the scented Mediter- ranean flora and the sapphire Adriatic Sea. In the delightful property of the Villa Elita are concealed four bedrooms and two presidential suites; a dining table that can accom- modate up to thirty guests, an aperitif bar, a wine cellar, a sitting room with fireplace and baby grand piano, an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a hot tub for seven people and a terrace with fou- ntain. The Villa Elita can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
